Karzaz is the story of a passionate man in a kitchen, a subtle blend of a love of French pastries and the desire to convey this delicacy through flavor. It all began with a simple passion: to discover, taste, and create desserts that tell a story. A great pastry lover myself, I spent hours making cakes, revisiting French pastry classics, and sharing them with my loved ones. Each cake, each flavor, held a special place in my heart.
It was during my travels, through encounters and discoveries, that the idea germinated. Why not transcribe these olfactory and gustatory experiences into a perfume? Why not capture the essence of gourmandise in a fragrance that revives all the senses?
The idea for Karzaz was born as a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. To bring this bold project to life, I had the chance to meet a talented perfumer: Xavier Blaizot, a perfumer from father to son. Xavier and his team, based in Grasse, the world capital of perfume, put their exceptional expertise to work to create these unique fragrances. Together, we explored this vision, created initial formulas, and conducted trials over several months.
This meticulous work, combining the art of pastry and perfume, has resulted in creations that awaken the senses. Each Karzaz perfume is a tribute to a cake, a flavor, a sensation… An olfactory journey that immerses you in the sweet and refined world of French pastry, while exploring influences from my discoveries around the world.
