Shipping and Fulfillment:

Sample-only orders are shipped USPS post service.
Product (and samples) are shipped via UPS. 

USA orders:
Please note: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders will be sent US Priority Mail. 

Sample-only orders:
$4.00 via USPS post

Product (and samples):
$8.95 via UPS Ground (arrives within 3-7 days)
$20.00 via UPS 3-day Select
$30.00 via UPS 2-day
$45.00 via UPS Overnight 

Canadian Orders:
All Canadian orders will becharged extra for the Canadian customs and brokerage fees at the time of purchase. We provide this as both a service and a requirement. The duties and brokerage fees will be displayed for your review before you submit your order.
Sample orders are shipped via US Post airmail for $5.00. (Please note: Samples orders containing more than 15+ samples will be shipped via UPS Ground for $20.00)

International Shipping
Indiescents.com ships samples and product orders via US Post to specific countries.
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we can only process and ship international orders every 3-6 days. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Should there be any extreme delays in shipment or product fulfillment, we will notify you via email.

RATES:
Priority International: $36  (approx. 12-20 days delivery)
Priority International Express: $50   (approx. 7-12 days delivery)

Please note: Orders with multiple items are subject to additional freight charges based on the order weight and dimensions. We will email you when necessary if this occurs.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We try to fulfill all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt providing it has been received before 12 noon, Monday thru Friday. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 24 hrs, but we try our best to see that it does. If an order contains a back-ordered or sold out product, we will not ship that order until the missing products are back in stock.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed with Indiescents.com, you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your order tracking number.
