On me, this is like a mess of soapy white floral scented laundry detergent and sharp white musk. Rubbery tuberose, creamy gardenia, soapy lily and harsh, chemical musk. Too much for me to handle, and it just smells too off and chemical for me.

Starts off strongly, almost crisply citrusy, with a gardenia undertone. It is very clean, almost in soapy kind of way. As the scent dries, it does smell more like a mix of white florals, mostly lily and gardenia. But the clean soapiness remains. It's not a bad soap smell, it just smells like something you'd find in a glass pump bottle in a swank hotel bathroom. No indolic jasmine, rose, or melon appear. I bought this because I was curious about the combo of melon and white florals, so the absence of melon and presence of soapiness (even if it's luxe soap) are disappointing.

This is a very pretty and light scent. Sadly, it had no sillage. I even put in on over an unscented oil, hoping to trap the scent on my skin, to no avail.
It is a beautiful floral scent, very easy to wear for work, I just wish that it stayed with me a bit longer.

When West Third Brand was recently featured in an Indie Scents newsletter it piqued my interest. The price point was ideal and I wanted a new scent for summer so I picked up Fleur en Fleur. When my perfume arrived I was blown away. This perfume is exceptionally good. Heady jasmine and gardenia with a soft musk background. On me the scent lasts for hours with a medium projection. I love the old time labels and generously sized bottle. Mine sprays a bit heavy but the scent is one that's hard to over do so this isn't a problem. I can't wait to try more W3B scents!
