    Au Coeur du Désert

    by Tauer perfumes

Au Coeur du Désert is the metamorphose of L’air du Désert Marocain into a luxurious extrait de parfum. The richness of the extrait concentration accentuates the sublime elegance and natural beauty of the fragrance's warm, woody, amber notes. Au Coeur Du Désert builds on L'air du Désert Marocain, but with a revised formula and a generous hand with expensive notes. If perfumery is art, Au Coeur du Désert is a statue carved out of sun-beaten timber, softened with a gloss of aged patchouli and a patina of ambergris, coming to life with a balsamic glow. Au Coeur du Désert is the heart of the Maghreb desert, the enchantment of infinite space: sublime, woody, oriental and balsamic.

NOTES: Coriander, cumin, patchouli, cedar, ambergris, resin

    1. A lightweight 4 Star Review

Posted by on 6th Feb 2017

I recently purchased this new Tauer perfume as I love all his scents. I was expecting a superior perfume to its older brother L air du desert marocain but this was not the case.
Both perfumes smell the same, although Au Coeur du desert is lighter with less silage. I prefer the older brother by far!

    2. Another version 4 Star Review

I was excited to order this, but when it arrived, and I sprayed it on, I realised this is the inferior brother to L'air du Desert du Marocain.
For the money, I would stick with the latter, although I do enjoy owning another Tauer masterpiece.
