New from the creator of iconic fragrance brand Londoner, comes W11 a stunning floriental chypre, which captures the mellow joy of a sun dappled spring day spent wandering along Portobello Road and perusing the cult vintage stores of Notting Hill.
For W11, her fifth fragrance, brand creator Rebecca Goswell worked with award winning celebrity perfumer Azzi Glasser. Azzi, who has collaborated with a host of household names including Alexander McQueen, Nicole Fahri, Hugo Boss and Jasper Conran, proved to be the perfect partner in this creative venture and the resulting fragrance oozes bohemian cool with a wisp of modern chic.
Musk, Oud and Ylang fuse together in a deep floriental accord inspired by the vintage glamour of the 30’s whilst Cassis, Pimento Violet Leaf and Freesia add an intoxicating lightness.
On working with Azzi Rebecca Goswell explains “We began discussing W11 over 18 months ago, and I was always confident that Azzi, being both a true Londoner and a lover of retro chic, would totally be able to capture the old world twist on a fresh modern floral, I was aiming for.
In effect, W11 is a juxtaposition of classic and modern styles of fragrance, combined in the same manner we wear vintage mixed in with contemporary garments to help express our individuality in a world of sameness.
In a striking departure from the white bottles of the original range, W11 is housed in a statement matt black bottle. The visually stunning packaging was designed talented young graphic designer Finn O’Brien.
