R'oud Elements has a smoldering oud opening that will tingle your nose hairs. After about twenty minutes, the fragrance settles down to a velvety oud - and lightly spicy - woody scent. Masculine and warm.
NOTES: Oud, sandalwood, amber, vanilla, lavender, iris, orange bitters

My wife likes oud, but I find it a little over powering. The combination of sandlewood and oud is perfectly balanced. then comes the scent of burnt orange that adds both complexity. Definitely not overpowering and not your usual oud!

Have you ever met someone and, in the first few seconds, you've formed the opinion, "A**hole."? Then, very shortly after, you realize you might have pre-judged a little too hastily? This might happen to you when you sample Rou'd Elements...But, I can assure you, it will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. First off, this is not an Indian oud. It's more of a westernized oud. Lots of oud fragrances use an oud/orange combo to help make it more pleasant. The balance of the combo here achieves this without exception. After the combo settles in, a very nice wood appears, tempered by a slight, lightly smooth, floral. My favorite part of R'Oud Elements is how the sandalwood takes shape. If you're familiar with a creamed sandalwood and you like it, or if you never had the chance yet to experience a very well-balanced one, well now is your chance. R'oud Elements is one of the better ones that does this. So, please, do yourself a favor and sample this one from Kerosene .

Features an interesting quite bitter orange, lots of powdery iris, some sandalwood, amber and lavender. None of or barely perceptible oud contrary to what its name may suggest. Nevertheless very nice, Kerosene makes quite good, original and interesting fragrances.

Wonderful bitter orange with a touch of woody notes, and maybe a bit of vanilla, not much sweetness at all, very dry. I do not sense much of oud in it. There is something spicy and boozy in the background, I guess that may pass for an interpretation of oud. Unusual and fresh, original, very wearable.
