Pairing: A Manhattan Fire Escape
"I pulled the curtains and climbed out onto the fire-escape balcony. It was a place of hidden bliss above city noise and busy sidewalks. My glass of Riesling sparkled in peach sunlight as I bit into a sweet pear and looked into the city. Petals fell from the sky, between the ladders and into my glass." ~ Kelly & Jones
A burst of fruity freshness with a hint of green.
NOTES: White peach, anjou pear, bergamot, raspberry leaf

I am loving how true to life all of the notes in the Kelly & Jones perfumes are. This smells just like biting into a ripe peach and a ripe pear and smelling the clean skin and sweet juice of the fruits. It even has the fuzzy, vanillic scent of peach fuzz and a hint of green leaf. I expected sharp, lemony bergamot, but this is all soft, natural peach and pear. Other than Slumberhouse's Pear & Olive, I think this is the only time that I've loved a pear note in perfume (all of the others smell like sickly, cheap, musky, pear candy body splash).
