Minimalist, intense and clear, Incense Extreme is a perfume built around a natural CO2 extract of Boswellia serrata, aka "incense." It captures the roughness of the climate of the semi desert where Boswellia trees thrive. It is translucent like the first whiff of incense smoke from Boswellia resin on red, gleaming coal. Yet, it is crisp like a night in the desert.
NOTES: Coriander, petit grain, incense, spices, powdery orris, cedarwood, ambergris, frankincense

The petitgrain lends a persistent citrus note to this blend, and I find that it's more dry woods than incense on my skin. A spicy, light, dry woods fragrance with some citrus. Doesn't last very long or have a lot of throw on my skin.

I didn't love this scent at first, but after use the dry down is very frankinscence and the perfume is lovely on me. I prefer Sonoma pure incense but this is not far behind.

White, futuristic, hopeful, pure and serene.
Incense extreme is based on indian Frankincense, which is a resin i'm not familiar with since all we burn here as middle eastern christian orthodox is somali and omani frankincense.
I was eagerly anticipating to try this, especially since Andy mentions that this scent is a pure interpretation of the indian resin itself.
After giving it two full wearings from a sample, I can safely say that this is my favorite incense scent (along with Bois D'encens which is based on somali frankincense).
Incense extreme is so simplistic yet filled with architectural open spaces.
It even inspired me to write and mingle new melodies on my piano.
