Mentha Citrata, green and aromatic notes in a successful “ crescendo”: Absinthe, Bergamot Mint and Citrus zest, out of the Garden of Hesperides.
Fresh and energetic as mornings are in spring, acid green is its color.

I get a very a slight alcohol fume on initial spray that evaporates rather quickly. (I should state that my sample is about a year old.) Right after that, the mint appears. I would like to say that there is no camphor at all in the opening and / or throughout the ephemeral life of this fragrance. The mint is mixed in such a manner that there is a wonderful greenness in it. Now to my headline: the "just-brushed" fear. I compared both that are in question - a mouthwash rinse and Mentha Citrata. Is there a correlation between the two ? NO.That's unless, of course, you like chewing on green things for breakfast. I gave Mentha Citrata 4 stars because of its price in comparison to the likes of Heeley's Menthe Frachie as well as others. Heeley's mint aspect lasts about a hour on me. I think you can easily decant this one for the day. I sprayed Mentha Citrata before I went into a Starbucks, and a woman behind me gave it a "heads-up" nod. She said that the way it smelled gave her a happy feeling. So, all in all, try a sample of Acqua di Stresa's Mentha Citrata and bring your sample with you for a touch-up during the day. It will bring you a smile and will brighten the day of those around you.

Very natural smelling citrus and mint, with a touch of wormwood to give it some green aromatic feel. Simple but enormously satisfying fragrance. Longevity not that great, but it is expected considering the ingredients.
Great to apply when craving for some freshness and cleanliness.
